 10 ☺Eine super schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Man hat einfach wirklich alles dort und so schön am Nil gelegen. Wir hatten super schöne Flitterwochen dort. Das Personal ist so herzlich und hat uns auch immer geholfen.

☺L'isola è grande ma la puoi girare tranquillamente a piedi comunque ci sono molte Golf car che ti vengono a prendere e ti portano ovunque. La mia stanza de luxe al primo piano con terrazza era la stanza perfetta, vista Nilo e difronte alla piscina. Vicinissima alla spa. Ho usufruito del pacchetto Cleopatra con hot Stone massage scrub completo maschera viso e idromassaggio e la terapista mona è stata eccezionale. 2 ore dedicate solo a me come se fossi veramente Cleopatra. Ottimo il servizio in reception specialmente lona e Mohamed gentilissimi e altamente preparati. Buono il cibo ordinato al bar aperto fino a mezzanotte. Buona la colazione. Ci sono 3 piscine con idromassaggio, cascate e Giochi d'acqua. I bagnini attenti e cortesi. Pulitissime. Bellissima la vista dalla piscina a sfioro. Tramonti mozzafiato con il Nilo ed il sole riflessi in piscina... Una vacanza memorabile a tutto relax. Buffet buono e abbondante come pure la colazione. Ma la gentilezza mai invadente del personale è sorprendente. Andate anche a visitare lo zoo dove c'è una simpatica scimmietta alla quale dare cibo, un asinello bianco con gli occhi celesti che vuole solo coccole,caprette coccolose,conigli.pellicani.pavoni....il guardiano gentile ti spiega tutto e ti dà delle verdure X la scimmietta. Ringrazio veramente tutti

☹Ristorante italiano veramente pessimo. Gentilissimi tutti ma la cucina è veramente tremenda. Pizza piccola molle e non cotta! Mozzarella inenarrabile, Pochissima pasta nel piatto e con pomodoro non condito e nemmeno con il sale. Da evitare assolutamente. Ma almeno provateci ad imparare a cucinare.

Bungalow spacieux, fleuri avec trois piscine dont une a debordement avec vue sur le Nil. 
Personnel competent, souriant et très professionnel.

  Amazing accommodations, friendly staff, and breathtaking views
I am a travel advisor, my clients stayed at Jolie Ville resort & spa and they and myself couldn’t be happier with it! They were very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. They were able to make my clients Mother’s Day incredibly special and went out of the way to add special touches. My clients loved the pools, the very affordable spa, the views, and the restaurants.   Excellent staff and Sway restaurant is amazing!
Lovely resort and friendly staff. We dined at Sway restaurant and the food was incredible. Definitely comparable to great restaurants in London. Chef Amar was amazing, he is incredibly skilled and gave a great show while making our food. Not to mention, everything tasted wonderful! The only constructive feedback I would give is to make portions smaller, or offer half portions as it was too much. Sadly I couldn’t finish everything, but if I could, the plate would be completely empty! Our server Raway was also excellent. Finally, Suzy was so attentive during our stay. She is a lovely person and made our experience high quality.

  Best hotel in Luxor!
An incredible second stay – highly recommended! We recently stayed at the Jolie Ville in Luxor (April 23, 2026) for our second visit, and once again, the experience was nothing short of incredible. A special shout-out goes to Lorna, Guest Relations, who was always helpful and went above and beyond for us. As our flight wasn't until late in the day, she kindly arranged a late room check-out, which made our departure so much more relaxing. The hotel staff are absolutely fantastic, and the views over the Nile are breathtaking. We also loved strolling through the grounds—the gardens are impeccably looked after and add such a wonderful, lush atmosphere to the resort. To top it all off, the food was amazing throughout our stay. Thank you to the whole team for another memorable holiday. We will definitely be back next year! 😊

  Paradise as always ❤️
This is the 8th visit we have made to this hotel. And the 9th is planned for November this year. Why do we continue to go back? It is in every sense, paradise. It is located outside of the hustle and busle of Luxor town, but near enough to visit. The jollie ville is on an island in the Nile and the only traffic is the cruise boats sailing by and the fisherman fishing. The grounds are fantastic and the gardener's tend to their garden with love and attention to detail. All staff are amazing. This is a large part of what makes the hotel such a special place. Everyone from the cleaners, pool boys, waiters, reception, just everyone is so friendly and will do anything for you. In fact we regard many of them as family. Also, a visit to the spa is a must. Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable and very reasonable prices. We have travelled the world and will continue to do so but the place that makes us chillaxed as soon as we arrive, is definitely the wonderful Jollie Ville
